Domestic Shipping Policy All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for our Available Now collection. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. However, each customer will always receive updates when & if this happens. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you. Please allow 4-6 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers.

Local: In the city of Charleston, a pickup or meetup location can be scheduled. Outside of Charleston: You have the option of shipping your item to the listed Fine Line location. (Shipping location listed in Contact area)

Fine Line Customs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You will need to measure your head using a clothes tape, or you can improvise using a piece of string and a ruler. To take your head measurement, place the string or tape around your head around where the hat will sit. It should measure roughly about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, and completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.

Our Ready 2 Ship collection ships within 3-5 days. Made to measure hats are handcrafted at the time of order and it takes around 6-8 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers. International orders are usually delivered in around 7-9 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
